    Virginie Buchard is a Research Scientist based at the Global Modeling and Assimilation Office (GMAO) since 2010. She obtained a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Sciences in 2009 from the University of Lille 1 in France. Her research interests are primarily in aerosol modeling and data assimilation as well as in radiative transfer simulations.
