  • Brief Bio

Over 20 years of experience in the development and assessment of data assimilation systems to improve numerical model forecast. Specialized expertise on data assimilation techniques, and assimilation and quality control of conventional and satellite observations. My more recent research has been focused on all-sky radiance assimilation, and my current research is the assimilation of space-borne observations to constrain the global PBL.
